Establishing customer loyalty, and maintaining it for the long-lasting period is of utmost importance to any marketers. Traditionally, big companies with big budget found it easier develop strong and stable customer relationship, compared to small size businesses. Therefore, big companies always had an upper hand over small businesses when it came to market growth and share.

However, the scenario has been changed now. With the emergence of social media platforms, even small marketers have found it easier to enhance their visibility in front of their customers. This ability has really provided customers with much-needed products and services options. Therefore, it is advantage customers in social media marketing. 

There are certain ways through which big or small marketers can develop and stabilize effective customer loyalty. These opportunities provided by the social media platforms add essence of personalized communication message to the marketing activities. These opportunities are:

1. Opportunity to stay close to customers: Unlike traditional marketing activities, social media marketing paves the way for constant customer interaction. This consistency enables marketers to know their customers' preferences, options, and requirements. This close proximity helps marketers alter their marketing message, product delivery and customer relationship management to initiate stable customer loyalty.

2. Opportunity to experiment: The ability to experiment with marketing ideas and strategies is the biggest advantage that social media marketing offers to its marketers. As marketers are able to see the outcome of their marketing campaigns and messages, they can really experiment with them. In terms of Facebook fans, Twitter followers, and most importantly, incoming web leads make them understand and measure outcome of their marketing plans. This opportunity really makes it easier for marketers to develop strong customer loyalty.

3. Opportunity personalized marketing message: This really makes a big difference. This personalized marketing message can really turn things into the favor of marketers, as it gives them an opportunity to closely connect with each and every individual customers. This helps marketers to deliver customized marketing messages to suit the requirements of the customers, enabling marketer to develop strong customer loyalty.
