Social Media: It's all about human

It's all about human...from beginning to the end, social media marketing is about human interaction and intervention. Making a strong statement against increasing 'automation' craze amongst marketers, social media marketing is giving a new look to the human interaction in modern marketing scenario.

The real-time conversation with target audience has made social media activities comprehensive and complete. This real-time conversation not only adds value to overall marketing activities, but also makes them more fruitful and successful. This element of 'success' has played a crucial role in enhancing the acceptance of social media marketing at every possible level of marketing activities.

There has been a gradual shift of focus from search engine optimization (SEO) to social media optimization (SMO) for online marketers. It's not about auto submission of your site to any search engine or any directory, it's about answering your customers' woes in real-time conversation. This is social media marketing is all about. This added flavor of 'human touch' has proved to be wonders for online marketers, enabling them to cross geographical boundaries, and enhance their customer base.

Hence, the modern marketing landscape is shifting from one-way activities to two-way communication. Henceforth, this shift would prove to be crucial to decide the fate of any organization's marketing activities. Any strategy that misses this two-way communication will soon find itself at the losing end.

To conclude, social media marketing has added 'human face' to every small marketing activity that can bring huge benefits to any organization in the long run.
