Using social bookmarking to improve social media presence

Social bookmarking has its own importance in social media marketing. Today, we have several bookmarking sites available that allow you to share your favorite content with others. This concept is not only common with individual users, but also with business users, who are hiring professional services to carry out this critical activity.

Digg, Delicious, StumbleUpon, Reddit are some of the major sites available in the social bookmarking domain today. Each of these sites has different concept and different way of sharing content.

To make this social bookmarking easier and faster, we have several free tools available in the market. For ex, a free add-on from Firefox. This add-on allows users to review any web page for Diggs, Reddit Votes, Stumble Thumbs and or Reviews.

This makes it easier for the user to decide to whether to share that web page or not. Although social bookmarking is an essential activity, users have to be very much careful about sharing the content. It's always good to share informative content with other users to build own community.

I would like to end this short blog post with an interesting question...Which is your favorite social bookmarking site?

Will appreciate your feedback...

Till then, stay connected!
